Hey there! Welcome to ModelShop! I'm Chanelle aka ModelBoss and I started my career as a model, but I've always been a Creative at heart. I ventured my attention to becoming a Social Media Manager as well as a Freelance Graphic Designer / Creative Director for multiple brands and celebrity clients. Besides creating brands for others, my passion is helping creatives maximize their own skills through my Modeling and Fashion community; in which I give advice, tips and coaching services. Finally, my skills, talents and expertise led me to create ModelShop. At ModelShop, we made it easy for you to create your brand identity like a pro all in one place! Is ModelShop only for models? Although Modelshop was created to give tools and resources within the modeling industry, it is not created just for models. Any and everyone can benefit from the tools and resources we provide.
Is ModelShop a modeling agency?
No, we do not represent models. However, we do provide the tools and resources needed for models; professional, amateur or self represented.
Is ModelShop for business professionals? Yes, our goal at ModelShop is provide the tools and resources needed for the creative industry to progress in their business ventures.
How does ModelShop help influencers/ Content Creators? ModelShop was originally created with influencers in mind. Our goal is provide the tools and resources needed for the influencer industry to progress in their careers. We do this by providing much needed guides, templates, presets and other digital products such as media kits and rate sheets for your brand and business. We are the one stop shop.
Is ModelShop considered a Black Owned Business? Yes, ModelShop was created by Chanelle Renee, an African American female model turned creative director.

PURCHASING INFO
How do you ship my purchase? We are a digital products services, so we do not ship physical products. After your payment is processed, you will immediately receive a downloadable file sent to your email, or on the payment confirmation screen after purchased.
Do you offer payments through Paypal? Yes, we offer payments through paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard and other major credit cards.
Why must I make payment immediately at checkout? In order to benefit from our fabulous digital products, a payment must be made in full. Once the payment is made, you'll receive the downloadable pdf file.
Can I test the product before purchasing? This is a common question, especially with our presets. Unfortunately, since the product is a digital download, there is no way to test the product prior to purchasing.
Can I get a refund? Modelshop offers digital products & unfortunately, because of this, no exchanges are available. However, we do offer a 7-day after purchase grace period to receive a refund in full if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at hello@modelshop.store for more details.
WHAT THE HECK IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT / PRESET??
Digital products are downloadable products that you can use. It is not a tangible option you can hold, but it is still a great value! Think of it like music downloads..you can't pick it up, but it is valuable to you in some way. Our digital products are downloadable templates or lightroom presets that you can usel, customize, and can benefit you in your daily boss life.

What the heck is a lightroom preset, anyways? Presets are kind of like filters for your photos, but a million times better. They are used with the app "Adobe Lightroom". Have you ever seen a social media feed that all have the same tone in the images? Well, that's done with presets. Our presets are premium quality and exclusively made to enhance your photos, all in just one click of an app on your mobile phone. It is time-saving, convenient and change your Instagram page's game.
Can I repurpose ModelShop's products? All ModelShop© products are for personal use only and may not resold, recreated or redistributed, at all or it will be considered copyright infringement and will be persecuted by law. You know, standard procedure. Please contact shop email directly for help and/or other inquiries.
