How do you ship my purchase? We are a digital products services, so we do not ship physical products. After your payment is processed, you will immediately receive a downloadable file sent to your email, or on the payment confirmation screen after purchased.

Do you offer payments through Paypal? Yes, we offer payments through paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard and other major credit cards.

Why must I make payment immediately at checkout? In order to benefit from our fabulous digital products, a payment must be made in full. Once the payment is made, you'll receive the downloadable pdf file.

Can I test the product before purchasing? This is a common question, especially with our presets. Unfortunately, since the product is a digital download, there is no way to test the product prior to purchasing.

Can I get a refund? Modelshop offers digital products & unfortunately, because of this, no exchanges are available. However, we do offer a 7-day after purchase grace period to receive a refund in full if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at hello@modelshop.store for more details.
